A Minute of Mindfulness: Honoring the Uniqueness of You

A Minute of Mindfulness

There are 1440 minutes in a day. That is 1440 minutes to focus on the things that bring you joy, peace, happiness and cultivate deeper relationships with others and with yourself.

Let me rephrase that…

It’s obvious that we aren’t awake all 1440 minutes so we’ll take 8 hours (480 minutes) out of the equation. This leaves us with 960 minutes (16 hours) that we are awake each day.

I share this because so many of us say we are extremely busy, but we ALL have ONE MINUTE we can spare for Mindfulness.

This is the reason why I created Minute of Mindfulness

Why Only A Minute of Mindfulness

Have you realized the power of a minute?

One minute can remind us to remain present during a difficult situation.

One minute can help us remember that each person we interact with is one of a kind and we should cherish each relationship (even the negative ones can help us grow).

One minute can is all we need to honor the uniqueness of ourselves.

One minute can empower us to say something positive instead of allowing our words mind to sink into the negative and hurtful.

One Minute of Mindfulness has the power to lead to more peace, more inspiration and deeper joy.

The Uniqueness of You

Take a Minute of Mindfulness and reflect on the uniqueness of You!!

Daily Dose of Mindfulness

Pause often and reflect on the life you live.
