I thought it would be helpful to have a page dedicated to some inspiring material. Below you will find a list of some of my favorite books, empowering videos, and incredible resources.
Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill – This is one of the best motivational and self help books available. The philosophy taught in this book can be used by everyone to help them succeed in all lines of work and become the best they can be. Click here to get the Free PDF.
The Richest Man In Babylon by George Samuel Clason – In my opinion, this is the best financial book that was ever written. It speaks on saving, investing, and a dedication to ones work. I highly recommend this book.
Science of Mind by Ernest Holmes – I was introduced to this book about a year ago. This is one of the best spiritual books I have ever read. I continue to browse through it almost daily and always pick up something new.
The Game of Life and How To Play It by Florence Scoval Shinn – A powerful, easy read that highlights the importance of spiritual practice. Wrote in 1925, the text still rings true to this day.
The 4 Hour Work Week by Tim Ferriss, Escape the 9-5, Live Anywhere, and Join the New Rich – I recommend this book to anyone who wants to work smarter and have more free time to enjoy life.
The Go-Giver by Bob Burg & John David Mann – A little story about a powerful business idea.
Mastery by Robert Green – We can all be masters of something if we set our minds to it, don’t give up, and stay focused on our unique gifts, talents, and abilities. Seeking to become a “Master?” Read this book.
The Four Spiritual Laws of Success by Edwene Gaines – I attended a workshop put on by Ms. Edwene Gaines and bought her book. I been applying the four principles for the last year and enjoy reaping the rewards.
The Greatest Resource of All
These resources you see above are all great tools to assist you in the development and design of the life you desire. However, there is one resource that I will mention now that trumps all the resources above. This resource doesn’t come with a specific link or book to read, because this resource is found within you. It is a resource that only you can uncover and make proper use out of. The resource I am speaking of is a Daily Reflection. What I mean is, spending time in the comfort of your own being each day, and cultivating a state of peace and empowerment within.
The final resource I’d like to recommend is Meditation/ Reflection.
*Remember – You don’t have to be sitting in the lotus position with your legs crossed and palms open on your knees to meditate. You can meditate anywhere. A few places include, walks, trips in nature, being around animals, working out, listening to music, watching the sunset or sunrise, sitting with a full moon, teaching, and communicating with another person.
Whatever enables you to stop, quiet yourself, and look within can be a form of Meditation. Tap in to this resource.
