3 Years of Three Key Life

Three Key Life

I’ve always been the type of person who had notebooks filled with ideas, poems, songs and other inspirational writings. Every once in a while I would share some of the insights with my friends or family.

My notebooks slowly accumulated and traveled with me as I moved from place to place and state to state. The more things I experienced, the more ideas flowed.

Soon, I had 12 notebooks of unique ideas and about 7 pocket size notebooks filled with motivating quotes and one-liners.

When I moved to Atlanta, about 6 years ago some of those ideas escaped the closed notebooks and were used.

I would use my collection of writings to uncover insights that I could share with the youth when I would work with them.

I shared my thoughts at different gatherings I attended and meditation circles. I gave myself permission to share them with the world.

Around that time, my mentor planted a seed in my mind. He asked me, “Why don’t you start a blog and you can write about all these things you’ve collected throughout the years?”

After a year of contemplation, I rose above my doubts and began.

January 30th, 2014

Three Key Life was born. This day was important because it was my grandmother’s birthday. She helped raise me and passed away when I was a junior in High School. It seems her energy and essence has always been with me and this was a way I felt I could give back to her and the rest of my family.

Three Key Life was a place I wanted to share “deep” ideas, spiritual insights, motivation, and inspirational thoughts. I decided the 3 Keys I’d cover would be Spirit, Mind, and Body (3 things we all have).

I figured, regardless of the spiritual path we follow or what we may or may not believe, we all have these 3 Keys within us.

A spirit which enables us to awaken, empowers our hearts to beat, lungs to breathe and cells to divide.

A mind which uses the energy of the spirit to think thoughts each day.

And a body, which is directed by the mind and spirit.

With these 3 Keys, I believed I had something of value that could use to help others unlock the greatness they have within themselves.

The Future of Three Key Life

I will be doing things a little different going forward. I will still have blog posts but will be doing MORE videos.

The 3 Keys will still be contained in the material shared and I look forward to sharing more positivity, peace, and inspiration to the world.

Thank You Again for being you.

We all matter.

In this day and age, I believe it is essential for us to unlock our greatness within and share it with the world. It is my hope that Three Key Life can help you do just that.

Many Blessings.
